Entering the field of real estate in 2008, Alex understood the road would be challenging but he also knew the key to surviving the storm meant focusing on the fundamentals of doing good business: providing client-centered service, reliability and a commitment to excellence. This further translated into level-headed negotiations, rendering accurate valuations and factual property representation, and listening to the unique needs of every client while tailoring his approach accordingly. Having weathered a turbulent market, Alex’s principles remain steadfast, no matter the size of the transaction or circumstance. Starting his own brokerage in 2012, Alex built on his foundations in advertising, banking and customer service with the goal of making the multi-layered process of buying and selling property a transparent and positive experience. The volume of his referral business speaks to this success. Alex is a sculptor, motorsports enthusiast and devoted husband and father. He lives in Ocala with his wife and two children and is proud to be a member of the local community.
